Elwood now ships to over 150 countries via our international partner, OpenBorder.
Duties and Taxes
Elwood ships internationally via OpenBorder. Duties, customs fees, taxes, and VAT (where applicable) are calculated and collected at checkout—no additional charges upon delivery.
*Transit times begin once your order has been processed, which typically takes 2-3 business days. During high-volume periods, processing times may take a bit longer.
How Do I Return an Item?
International returns are accepted with the following conditions.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned in original condition with all tags attached, within the stated return window.
How to Start a Return
All international returns must be submitted through our returns portal. After submitting your return, you will receive instructions on how to purchase your own return shipping label and send the item back to us.
Return Shipping
- International customers are responsible for all return shipping costs
- We do not provide prepaid return labels for international orders
- Any duties, taxes, or customs fees are the responsibility of the customer
Refunds
Once your return is received and approved, a refund will be issued to the original form of payment. Original shipping fees, duties, and taxes are non-refundable.
Exchanges
Exchanges are not available for international orders.
Gift Cards
At this time, gift cards are only available for purchase and use within the United States.
